摘要
研究磁性导线-磁性散射区-磁性导线组成的量子系统(FM FSR FM)的电子的输运性质,利用B櫣ttiker散射矩阵理论对系统的电子流和电子自旋流进行计算.结果表明,在低温下,不仅粒子电流受控于散射区磁场与两边导线磁场间的夹角,且自旋流随夹角变化也可为正、负或零,系统具有明显的自旋阀效应.
We studied electrical transport property of ferromagnet-magnetic scattering region-ferromagnet (FM-MSR-FM) hybrid junctions. Electrical particle current and spin current were calculated according to Büttiker scattering matrix theory. Our results show that, at low temperature, not only electrical particle current could be affected by the angle of magnetic field, but also spin current could be positive, zero or negative while changing the angle of magnetic field. The system was shown to have obvious spin-valve effect.
