摘要
针对青少年的影视教育暨中小学影视教育培育工作,教育部、中宣部联合出台了有关文件,我们迎来了基础影视教育的良机。实际上,青少年影视教育是时代需要,且迫在眉睫。但师资缺乏、制度建设需要谋划、教材和适应性影片亟待确立等都是当前面临且迫切需要解决的问题。但这不是一个急就章的工作,需要实施尽早建立短期和长期的中小学影视师资培养途径、建立全国中小学影视教育指导委员会、出版适应性培训教材和鉴赏课程教材、实施线上线下培训课程等措施加以保障。
The Ministry of Education and the Publicity Department of the CPC Central Committee have jointly issued relevant document for the film and television education for teenagers, i.e., the film and television education in primary and secondary schools, which provides a great opportunity to establish the basic film and television education. In fact, the initiation of film and television education for teenagers meets the need of our times, and is imminent. However, currently we are facing the problems that should be solved urgently, including lacking teachers, the need for planning for institutional construction, the compiling of textbooks and the selection of relevant films. Nevertheless, it shall not be a hasty work. Measures should be taken to ensure the early establishment of short-term and long-term approaches to the training of film and television teachers in primary and secondary schools, the establishment of a national supervisory committee for film and television education in primary and secondary schools, the publication of adaptive training materials and appreciation course materials, and the implementation of online and offline training courses.
