摘要
蛋白质是生物体的重要组成部分和生命活动的物质基础,几乎参与了所有的生命活动,如生物体内的代谢、催化作用等过程大都涉及蛋白质与小分子的相互作用。从分子水平上研究蛋白质与小分子物质相互作用,既有利于研究小分子物质的作用机理,也利于得到稳定性质的蛋白质及其复合物。在此简述紫外-可见吸收光谱法、荧光光谱法、等温滴定量热法、表面等离子共振和生物分子相互作用分析技术、石英晶体微平衡技术等方法。
Proteins are the essential ingredient of organism and the material basis of life activities.They participate in almost all the life activities of the organism,such as metabolic processes,catalysis,immune response,and so on.Therefore,we study the interaction between proteins and small molecules at the molecular level.It is not only helpful to studying the mechanism of the small molecule but conducive to getting stable properties of protein and its composites.This paper describes briefly many research methods of the interaction between proteins and small molecular,For example,UV-visabsorption spectroscopy,fluorescent spectrum,isothermal titration calorimetry,surface plasma resonance,biomolecular interaction analysis,quartz crystal microbalance,differential scanning calorimetry,nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy,atomic force microscope,molecular docking method,and so on.
