摘要
运用保守主义理论,从精英教育和大众教育、教育市场化、教育过于崇尚理性因素三个方面进行分析,揭示教育管理中存在的不合理因素,从而使教育管理更加科学合理。
With the use of Conservatism,the paper attempts to offer an analysis of elitist education,mass education,market-oriented education,and some exceedingly rational ideas in education.The unreasonable factors are revealed in educational management which is then made more scientific and reasonable than before.
