摘要 采用超声波辅助工艺提取葛叶中大豆异黄酮,采用响应曲面法对提取工艺进行优化。通过对提取时间、提取温度、液料比、颗粒度等4个工艺条件对大豆异黄酮提取率影响的考察,然后在单因素的基础上进行响应面分析。由响应面分析软件分析,得知超声波辅助提取葛叶中大豆异黄酮的最佳工艺条件:提取时间38 min、提取温度60℃、液料比1∶25 g/mL、颗粒度50目。在此条件下得到的最佳提取率为黄酮0.117%,与RSM模型预测值无显著性差异。 The ultrasonic extracting technology of Soybean Iso?avones in Lobed kudzuvine leaves was optimized by response surface analysis. The process conditions of extraction time,extraction temperature,solvent-to-material ratio and particle size were studied by single factor experiment. The response surface analysis was then carried out.The result showed that the optimum process conditions were :extraction time 38 min,extraction temperature 60 ℃,solvent-to-material ratio 1∶25 g/mL,particle size of the mesh 50. Under the optimum conditions,the ultrasonic extraction yield of Soybean Iso?avones was 0.117 %. which had no signi?cant difference with the predicted value by RSM model.
