摘要
以选育适宜在汉中地区人工栽培的羊肚菌菌种为目的,分别从汉中勉县、留坝、城固、南郑、略阳县等地区采集15种野生及试栽羊肚菌为试验菌株,通过菌种分离纯化、菌种制备、初筛、复筛及中试试验,获得了稳定性较高、可抗逆性较强,品质较好的3株羊肚菌菌种,MX-02和MX-04为六妹羊肚菌,LB-03为梯棱羊肚菌,其平均产量分别达到235.3 g·m-2、226.6 g·m-2、221.1 g·m-2。经汉中部分地区推广栽培试验结果显示,品质较好,产量较稳定。
In order to select the morel species suitable for artificial cultivation in Hanzhong area,15 wild and tested morels were collected from Hanzhong county,Liuba,chenggu,Nanzheng and Lueyang counties.The strains were isolated,purified,strained,sieved,rescreened and tested in the strains,and 3 strains of Morchella species with high stability,strong resistance and good quality were obtained.MX-02 and MX-04 are Morchella sextelata,and LB-03 is Morchella importuna.The average yield Average yield is 235.3 g·m-2 226.6 g·m-2 and 221.1 g·m-2,respectively.The results of popularization and cultivation experiments in some areas of Hanzhong showed that the quality was good and the yield was stable.
