摘要
网络经济的迅猛发展引发了企业传统的组织结构和管理机制重组和再造。本文从柔性管理的角度出发 ,侧重于结合R&D团队本身的特点 ,从柔性战略管理机制、知识管理机制、信息沟通机制、外部治理机制等四个方面 ,对近年来国内外关于高新技术企业柔性管理机制的研究进行了综述分析 ,并提出了有待于更深一步研究的问题。
The rapid development of network economy results in re-organization and reengineering of organization structure and management mechanisms. The paper is based on the comprehensive analysis on many researches both abroad and domestic on flexible management of high-tech enterprises, and then refers to some questions about it in four fields: flexible strategy mechanism, knowledge management mechanism, information communication mechanism, outside governance mechanism, which have to be researched further.
