摘要
目标管理是现代企业管理的一种创新。基于目标管理理论,结合院校专业特色和大学生自身特点,以学业生涯规划管理为切入点,从多渠道认知教育和"厚基础、宽口径""分类发展"两个关键路径,构建目标导向的学生学业生涯管理体系,并以相应的目标设置和引导方式,将学生学业目标转化成学生自觉行为,对辅导员更加科学合理地制订班级学习计划、实现对班级的高效管理具有重要意义。
Management by objectives(MBO) is an innovation of modern business management.Based on the theory of MBO,combined with the professional characteristics of college students and the characteristics of college students,the article takes the career planning management as the starting point,and constructs the target from two perspectives of multi-channel cognitive education and 'classified development with thick foundations and wide caliber' Oriented student career management system,and put forward the corresponding goal setting and guidance.Students’ academic goals are translated into voluntary behaviors,and it is of great significance for counselors to make more scientific and rational plan of class learning and realize effective management of class.
