摘要
目的:探讨自发性气胸经两孔法胸腔镜治疗效果。方法:采用经腋中线第七肋间打孔置入胸腔镜,腋前线二或三肋间作2～3cm长操作孔。不用切割器,利用肺自身延展性将肺大泡经切口提出切除,多发肺小泡予以电刀烧灼.结果:全组20例均经两孔法胸腔镜治愈,无并发症,随访无复发。结论:两孔法胸腔镜治疗自发性气胸微创,经济,安全,在基层医院有很好推广应用价值.
objective:to investigate the method of spontaneous pneumothorax two holes vats therapeutic effect.Methods:using the punch line between seventh rib axillary,placing thoracoscope front two or three ribs 2～3cm long operation intercropping holes.Don't cutter,use lung itself by lung big bubble deformation will put forward resection,multiple incision pulmonary vesicles burning shall be electrotome,results:20 cases of both by the group two hole method thoracoscope cured,and no complications,follow—up without recurrence.Conclusion:two hole method thoracoscope treatment of spontaneous pneumothorax,economic,security,minimally invasive in basic—level hospitals have very good application value.
