摘要
本文以濮阳市国际杂技文化产业园为例,分析了小城市传统活力中心品质不高的问题,介绍了濮阳市以城区北扩发展新区为契机、营造新活力中心'濮阳市城市文化会客厅'的城市发展策略,阐述了其文化上延续杂技文脉,功能上统筹文化产业与公共服务,空间上塑造城市地标、丰富空间形式、注重文化细节的高品质新活力中心设计策略,对小城市延续文脉与提升城市空间品质的策略研究具有参考意义。
Taking Puyang International Acrobatic Cultural Industrial Park as an example,this paper analyses the problem of low quality of traditional vitality center in small cities,expounds the urban development strategy of building a new vitality center'Puyang City Cultural Reception Hall'with the opportunity of expanding the new urban area to the north,summarizes its cultural continuation of acrobatic context,integrates cultural industry and public service in function and space.The design strategy of high-quality new vitality center with city landmarks,rich spatial forms and cultural details is of great significance to the study of strategies for continuing cultural context and improving urban spatial quality in small cities.
