Kangfuxin Liquid for radiation proctitis by coloclysis:A system review and Meta-analysis

摘要 [目的]评价康复新液保留灌肠治疗放射性直肠炎(radiation proctitis,RP)有效性与安全性。[方法]检索CNKI、维普、万方、PubMed等数据库,时间为建库至2019年4月,筛选随机对照试验(randomized controlled tests,RCTs),采用RevMan 5.3软件对纳入的研究进行Meta分析,Stata 14.0软件进行egger’s检验,采用Cochrane系统评价工具评估文献发表偏倚。[结果]共纳入8篇RCTs,Meta分析结果示:[RR=1.27,95%CI=(1.16,1.38),Z=5.55 P<0.01)]。[结论]康复保留灌肠新液治疗放射性直肠炎可取得一定的临床疗效,改善患者症状。但纳入文献存在一定的发表偏倚,试验设计不够严谨,仍需要更多的实验数据加以验证。 [Objective]To evaluate the efficacy and safety of Kangfuxin liquid therapy for radiation proctitis.[Methods]The randomized controlled trials(RCTs)of Kangfuxin liquid therapy for radiation proctitis were identified from PubMed(by April,2019),Wanfang Data(by April,2019),CNKI(by April,2019),VIP Data(by April,2019)and Chinese biomedical literature database and other databases(by April,2019).The quality of included RCTs was assessed,and the meta-analysis was conducted with RevMan 5.3 software.[Results]Among eight included RCTs involving 551 patients,the total effective rate revealed that Kangfuxin liquid combined with Western medicine therapy for radiation proctitis was better than the controlled group[RR=1.27,95%CI=(1.16,1.38),Z=5.55 P<0.01)].[Conclusion]Kangfuxin liquid is an effective therapeutic tool for radiation proctitis.It can improve the efficacy of treatment,and relief symptoms and signs,accelerate the healing of radiation proctitis.
