摘要
目的:建立扶正通络颗粒(黄芪、当归、枸杞、丹参等)的质量标准。方法:TLC法对当归、丹参进行定性鉴别,HPLC法对阿魏酸和丹参酮ⅡA进行定量测定。结果:TLC斑点分离清晰,阴性无干扰。阿魏酸和丹参酮ⅡA分别在0. 15~2. 4μg(r=1. 000)和0. 05~0. 4μg(r=0. 999 9)范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系。平均回收率分别为98. 06%和98. 56%,RSD分别为2. 25%和1. 58%(n=9)。两者平均含量分别为0. 189 6和0. 061 9 mg·g-1,RSD分别为4. 78%和1. 52%(n=6)。结论:该方法可靠准确,专属性好,可用于扶正通络颗粒的质量控制。
Objective:To establish a quality standard for Fuzhengtongluo Granules(Scutellariae radix,Angelica sinensis radix,Lycii fructus,Salviae miltiorrhizae radix et rhizoma,etc).Methods:TLC was adopted in the qualitative identification of Angelica sinensis radix and Salviae miltiorrhizae radix et rhizoma.HPLC was applied to the quantitative determination of ferulic acid and tanshinoneⅡA.Results:The TLC spots were clear and without interference from negative control.Ferulic acid and tanshinoneⅡA showed good linear relationships with the peak area within the ranges of 0.15~2.4μg(r=1.000)and 0.05~0.4μg(r=0.999 9).The average recoveries were 98.06%and 98.56%with the RSDs of 2.25%and 1.58%(n=9),respectively.The average contents of these two constituents were 0.189 6 and 0.061 9 mg·g-1 with the RSD of 4.78%and 1.52%(n=6),respectively.Conclusion:This method is reliable,accurate and specific,and provides the quality control of Fuzhengtongluo granules.
