摘要
目的:通过医院与养老机构护理人员工作相关内容比较及工作意愿的影响因素分析,旨在探讨医院与养老机构护理人员工作衔接的可能性。方法:分别对112名医院护士和99名养老机构护理人员进行问卷调查,采用SPSS 22.0进行数据分析。结果:医院护士工作满意度、工作量、工作氛围、职业规划、受尊重情况及医养结合了解程度方面均高于养老机构护理人员,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。经济收入低的医院护士与经济收入高的相比,退休后更愿意去养老机构工作,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:经济收入和工作相关内容是医院护士与养老机构工作衔接的重要影响因素。
Objective:To compare the work content of nursing staff in hospital and pension institution and explore the possibility of work docking.Method:Totally 112 nurses in hospitals and 99 nursing staff in pension institutions were distributed questionnaires and recovered respectively.Then we used SPSS 22.0 for data analysis.Result:Hospital nurses’ job satisfaction,workload,working atmosphere,career planning,respect and understanding of the combination of health care of nurses in hospitals were higher than those of nursing staff in pension institutions,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was a statistical significance difference in the willingness of old nurses in low-income hospitals to work in pension institutions after the retirement(P<0.05).Conclusion:Economic income and work content are the important factors that affect the willingness of old nurses to work in pension institutions.
