摘要
目的:探究无缝隙护理干预改善初产妇乳头凹陷程度和母乳喂养自我效能中的作用。方法:选取2017年5月-2018年12月本院乳头凹陷患者42例。按照随机数字表法将其分为试验组和对照组,各21例。对照组进行常规护理,试验组在对照组基础上进行无缝隙干预护理。比较两组乳头凹陷纠正率、母乳喂养自我效能评分(BSES)、产后母乳喂成功率。结果:经过不同的护理干预,试验组乳头凹陷纠正率76.19%,高于对照组的42.86%(X^2=4.842,P=0.028);试验组内心活动、母乳喂养技能及BSES总分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组产后2周和产后2个月的母乳喂养成功率均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:初产妇乳头凹陷患者采取无缝隙护理干预的效果更加显著,能更好改善乳头凹陷程度,提高BSES评分,增加母乳哺育成功率,值得临床推广应用。
Objective:To explore the role of seamless nursing intervention in improving the degree of nipple depression and breast-feeding self-efficacy of primipara.Method:A total of 42 patients with nipple depression in our hospital from May 2017 to December 2018 were selected.According to the random number table method,they were divided into experimental group and control group,21 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,while experimental group received seamless intervention nursing on the basis of control group.The corrective rate of nipple depression,breast feeding self-efficacy score(BSES)and success rate of postpartum breast feeding between two groups were compared.Result:After different nursing interventions,the correction rate of nipple depression in experimental group was 76.19%,which was higher than 42.86%of control group(X^2=4.842,P=0.028).The scores of heart activity,breastfeeding skills and BSES in experimental group were higher than those of control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The success rate of breast feeding in experimental group were higher than those of control group at 2 weeks and 2 months postpartum(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of seamless nursing intervention for primipara with nipple depression is more remarkable,it can better improve the degree of nipple depression,improve BSES score and increase the success rate of breast-feeding,it is worthy of clinical application.
