摘要
目的:分析协同护理干预对血液透析患者自我管理及护理能力的效果及满意度的影响。方法:选取2016年3月-2017年10月本院收治的血液透析患者100例,随机分为常规护理的对照组(n=50)与协同护理的观察组(n=50),观察两组自我管理及护理能力、治疗依从性、满意度及生活质量。结果:与对照组相比,观察组自我管理及护理能力评分高,治疗依从性好,生活质量高,满意度高(P<0.05)。结论:给予血液透析患者协同护理干预,能有效提高患者自我管理及护理能力,积极配合治疗,有利于护理满意度及生活质量的提高,取得了较好的效果,值得借鉴。
Objective:To analyze the effect of collaborative nursing intervention on self-management and nursing ability of hemodialysis patients and the effect of satisfaction.Method:A total of 100 patients with hemodialysis treated in our hospital from March 2016 to October 2017 were randomly divided into the control group(n=50,routine nursing)and the observation group(n=50,collaborative nursing),the selfmanagement of patients,nursing ability,treatment compliance,satisfaction,quality of life of two groups were compared.Result:Compared with the control group,the observation group had high self-management and nursing ability scores,good treatment compliance,high quality of life,and high satisfaction(P<0.05).Conclusion:The cooperative nursing intervention of hemodialysis patients can effectively improve the selfmanagement and nursing ability of patients,and actively cooperate with the treatment,which is conducive to the improvement of nursing satisfaction and quality of life,and has achieved good results and it is worth of learning.
