摘要
目的评价耳穴贴压在耳眩晕护理中的应用价值。方法收集入院接受治疗的55例耳眩晕患者,按照区组随机原则分为对照组25例、观察组30例,给予对照组患者耳眩晕常规护理,给予观察组患者在常规护理基础上结合耳穴贴压治疗,对比两组治疗效果。结果观察组治疗后的眩晕、焦虑评分低于对照组,听力改善率优于对照组,有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论耳眩晕应用耳穴贴压治疗同时结合常规护理,可提高治疗效果,并有效改善患者的焦虑情绪,应用效果显著。
Objective To evaluate the application value of auricular point sticking in the nursing of ear vertigo.Methods 55 patients with ear vertigo who were admitted for treatment were collected and divided into 25 cases in the control group and 30 cases in the observation group according to the random principle of the district group.Routine care was given to patients in the control group with ear vertigo.Patients in the observation group were given combined with auricular point sticking therapy on the basis of routine care,and the therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The vertigo and anxiety scores of the observation group after treatment were lower than those of the control group,and the hearing improvement rate was better than that of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of auricular point sticking therapy combined with conventional nursing can improve the treatment effect and effectively improve the anxiety of patients with ear vertigo,and the application effect is significant.
