摘要
目的:探讨龙牡壮骨颗粒辅助治疗对婴幼儿佝偻病患儿骨密度及临床预后的影响。方法:选取在2017年4月—2018年4月期间94例佝偻病患儿作为研究对象,按照简单随机法将其分为两组,各组47例患儿,对照组予以常规治疗,观察组予以常规治疗+龙牡壮骨颗粒治疗。比较两组患儿治疗效果,以及治疗前后血生化指标(血钙、骨碱性磷酸酶)、骨密度、生长发育有情况。结果:对照组治疗有效率为78.73%,观察组治疗有效率为93.61%,观察组治疗效果优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患儿治疗后血钙水平高于治疗前,骨碱性磷酸酶(NBAP)水平低于治疗前(P<0.05);观察组患儿治疗后血钙水平高于对照组,NBAP水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患儿治疗后桡骨、尺骨的骨密度水平高于治疗前(P<0.05);观察组患儿治疗后桡骨、尺骨的骨密度水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患儿治疗后身高、体质量较治疗前有明显改善(P<0.05);观察组患儿治疗后身高、体质量均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:龙牡壮骨颗粒辅助治疗婴幼儿佝偻病,可提高治疗效果,改善全血微量元素水平,提高骨密度,改善患儿预后。
Objective:To investigate the effect of Zhuanggu Granule adjuvant treatment on rickets infants bone density and clinical prognosis.Methods:From April 2017 to April 2018,94 cases of rickets were studied in our hospital.According to the simple random method,the cases were divided into 2 groups,47 children in each group.The control group was given conventional treatment and the observation group was treated with conventional therapy combined with Longmu Zhuanggu Granule.The therapeutic effects of two groups were compared and the blood biochemical indexes(blood calcium,bone alkaline phosphatase),bone mineral density and growth and development before and after treatment were compared.Results:The effective rate of the control group was 78.73%and that of the observation group was 93.61%,and the observation group’s treatment effect was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the level of bone alkaline phosphatase(NBAP)in the two groups was lower than that before treatment(P<0.05),and the blood calcium level in the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the level of NBAP was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The bone mineral density of the radius and ulna in the two groups was higher than that before treatment(P<0.05),and the bone mineral density of the radius and ulna in the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The height and weight of the two groups were significantly improved after treatment(P<0.05),and the height and weight of the children in the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Longmu Zhuanggu Granule is an assistant treatment for rickets rickets.It can improve the therapeutic effect,the level of trace elements in the whole blood,increase bone mineral density and improve the prognosis.
