摘要
绝经后骨质疏松症是以全身骨痛及易于骨折为特征的代谢性骨病,根据临床症状该病属于中医学"骨痹""骨痿"等范畴,古籍中记载其发病机制大多与肝、脾、肾等脏腑相关,对于其治疗大多以补肾健脾益肝为主。近年来研究发现,中医治疗绝经后骨质疏松症效果明显,在改善患者临床症状的同时极大地提高了患者的生活质量。本文就中医对于绝经后骨质疏松症的病名、病因病机、分型及中医治疗现状进行分析,以期为今后的辨证治疗提供借鉴与指导。
Postmenopausal osteoporosis is a fracture to the whole body bone pain and prone to disease characterized by metabolic bone disease,according to the clinical features of traditional Chinese medicine will be belonged to'Gu Bi''Gu Wei',etc.Its pathogenesis is associated with liver,spleen,kidney and other viscera.The study found that Chinese medicine treatment of postmenopausal osteoporosis effect is obvious,in improving the patients’clinical symptoms and greatly improve the life quality of patients.In this paper,the traditional Chinese medicine on postmenopausal osteoporosis disease,etiology and pathogenesis,classification,and analyze the status quo of TCM treatment.Provide reference and guidance for the future of syndrome differentiation treatment.
