摘要
山楂为传统中药,系蔷薇科落叶山楂属,始载于《本草经集注》,具有健脾开胃、消食化滞、活血化痰、驱绦虫、疗疝气、催生等作用。现代研究发现山楂应用于心脑血管系统能够降压、降脂、抗动脉粥样硬化、抗心律失常、抗心肌缺血、抑制脑细胞凋亡,应用于消化系统能够双向调节胃肠道蠕动、促进消化酶的分泌,保护肝脏,应用于内分泌系统能够降低血糖、防治糖尿病并发症,同时山楂亦具有抗菌、抗肿瘤作用。目前山楂在心脑血管方面的研究和应用较多,其他方面研究尚少,随着山楂的开发,使得更多的学者开始深入研究。目前仍存在许多亟需解决的问题,如山楂发挥功用时的作用机制有待深入挖掘,可以从器官、细胞乃至分子层面对山楂的作用机理进行研究。本文整理了研究山楂果、山楂叶、山楂果核药理作用的相关文章,从对心脑血管的作用、消化系统的作用、降糖及对糖尿病并发症的防治作用、抗菌作用、抗肿瘤作用加以汇总,以期促进对山楂的研究,供研究及临床工作者参考。
Hawthorn is one kind of traditional Chinese medicine,which is a genus of the deciduous mountain genus Rosaceae.It is first contained in the'Ben Cao Jing Jiz hu',it is a herb which has the functions of spleen appetizing,digestion and removing stagnation,promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis,driving mites,treating sputum,and promoting birth.Modern research has found that hawthorn apply to cardio-cerebral vascular system can reduce blood pressure,lower lipid,anti-atherosclerosis,anti-arrhythmia,anti-myocardial ischemia,inhibit brain cell apoptosis;apply to digestive system can regulate gastrointestinal motility in two ways,promote secretion of digestive enzymes,protect the liver;apply to the endocrine system can reduce blood sugar,prevent and treat diabetes complications,and Hawthorn also has antibacterial and anti-tumor effects.At present,There are a lot of research and application about Hawthorn in cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases.However,there are still a small number of the study of Hawthorn in other fields.With the further study and the development of Chinese medicine discipline,more and more scholars have begun to study in depth.In the current situation,there are a lot of technical problems that need to be solved through further in-depth research.For example,the mechanism of action of Hawthorn needs to be further explored.The mechanism of action of Hawthorn in organs,cells and molecular layers should be studied.This paper has compiled articles related to the pharmacological effects of hawthorn fruit kernel,hawthorn leaf and hawthorn fruit kernel,from the effects on cardiovascular and cerebrovascular,the role of digestive system,hypoglycemic and anti-diabetic complications,antibacterial effect,antitumor effect.We have summarized the above and hope to promote other researchers’research on Hawthorn.At the same time,it can provide reference for clinicians.
