摘要
整理古医籍及现代医家临证经验,总结金银花具有以下量效特点。1)临床用量多为6～90 g。2)结合病种、证型、症状选择其最佳剂量。如发挥泄热和胃、化瘀通络功效,治疗消化性疾病、糖尿病神经病变、平滑肌痉挛、带状疱疹等,为10～15 g;清热解毒、疏散风热,治疗暑温病、高热不退等,为15～30 g;解毒化痰、软坚散结,治疗慢性咽炎、外寒内热证、急性盆腔炎、热毒炽盛之脱疽等,为6～90 g。3)为发挥其最佳功效,常根据病种、证型及症状配伍相应中药:泄热和胃、化瘀通络配伍知母、生石膏、滑石,清热解毒、疏散风热配伍杏仁、大青叶、连翘,解毒化痰、软坚散结配伍代赭石、生牡蛎、葱白。
Summarize the clinical experience of honeysuckle bud and flower from ancient medical books and modern physicians,and draw the following conclusion:1)The clinical dosage range is 6-90 g.2)According to diseases,syndromes,symptoms,we choose the best dosage of honeysuckle bud and flower.For instance,when treating digestive diseases,diabetic neuropathy,smooth muscle spasm,herpes zoster and so on,using its dispelling fever and harmonizing stomach,removing blood stasis and dredging collaterals,its dosage is 10-15 g;when treating summer fever,high fever,using its clearing away heat and removing poison and evacuating wind-heat,its dosage is 15-30 g;when treating chronic pharyngitis,external cold and internal heat syndrome,acute pelvic inflammation,febrile gangrene,etc,using its removing poison and reducing phlegm and resolving hard lump,its dosage is 6-90 g.3)When treating diseases,syndromes and symptoms,honeysuckle bud and flower compatibles with different herbs.For example,honeysuckle bud and flower often compatibles with anemarrhena asphodeloides,raw gypsum and talcum,using its dispelling fever and harmonizing stomach,removing blood stasis and dredging collaterals.Honeysuckle bud and flower often compatibles with almond,dyers woad leaf and forsythia using its clearing away heat and removing poison and evacuating wind-heat.Honeysuckle bud and flower often compatibles with haematitum,raw oyster,scallion stalk,etc,using its removing toxicity substance and resolving macula and softening and resolving hard mass.
