摘要
通过搜集古医籍及现代医家临床经验,总结出当归具有以下特点:1)临床用量多为6~41. 4 g。2)根据疾病、证型、症状寻求最佳用量,如补血行血、调经止痛时,治疗妇科疾病、胃肠道疾病、心脑血管疾病、肾系疾病、皮肤病、风湿性疾病等,为6~41.4 g;养血行血、温通经脉时,治疗腹痛、头痛、关节痛、周围血管病、痛风、产后痹痛、带状疱疹后神经痛等,为9~41.4 g;养血润肠通便时,治疗便秘,为9~15 g;降逆止咳时,治疗感冒,为12 g。3)根据疾病、证型及症状,配伍相应中药,如补血行血、调经止痛时常配伍白芍、黄芪、桃仁;养血行血、温通经脉常配伍桂枝、羌活;养血润肠通便常配伍肉苁蓉、何首乌;降逆止咳常配伍桔梗、杏仁、紫菀。
Summarize the clinical experience of Angelica from ancient medical books and modern physicians,and draw the following conclusion:1)The dosage is 6-41.4 g.2)According to the difference of diseases,type of syndrome and symptoms,we choose the best dosage.For instance,when treating gynecological diseases,gastrointestinal diseases,cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases,renal diseases,skin diseases,rheumatic diseases using its tonifying blood and invigorating blood,regulating menstruation and relieving pain,its dosage is 6-41.4 g.When treating abdominal pain,headache,joint pain,peripheral vascular disease,gout,postpartum pain,postherpetic neuralgia using its nourishing blood and invigorating blood,and warming the meridians,its dosage is 9-41.4 g.When treating constipation using its nourishing blood and moistening the intestines to relieve constipation,its dosage is 9-15 g.When treating cold using its direct counterflow downward,relieving cough,its dosage is 12 g.3.When treating diseases,syndromes type and symptoms,it is compatible with different herbs.For example,it is often compatible with white peony root,astragalus root,peach kernel,using its tonifying blood and invigorating blood,regulating menstruation and relieving pain.It is often compatible with cassiatwig,notopterygium,herba artemisiae scopariae,using its nourishing blood and invigorating blood,and warming the meridians.It is often compatible with cistanche,polygonum multiflorum,using its nourishing blood and moistening the intestines to relieve constipation.It is often compatible with platycodon grandiflorum,almond,,aster,using its direct counterflow downward,relieving cough.
