摘要
顺应"中国制造2025"发展要求,满足常州模具产业结构调整与转型需求,组建一支多元化模具科技创新服务团队,构建"多方协作、绩效激励、制度保障"的团队运行机制。通过营造氛围、大师引领、内培外引等途径培养提升团队科技创新服务能力,服务常州模具企业,促进地方区域经济发展。
A diversified mold technology innovation service team was set up to conform to the development requirements of'China made 2025'and to meet the needs of structural adjustment and transformation of Changzhou mold industry. The mechanism is of'multi- cooperation,performance incentive and institutional guarantee'. Training science and technology innovation service ability were cultivated through such the paths as creating atmosphere,master leading,internal training and external introduction,etc. Changzhou mold enterprises can be serviced to promote regional economic development.
