摘要
集院校、企业及社会各界的力量积极培养,筛选出技能、创新能力、动手能力、职业素养突出的学生参与大赛并拿到奖项,将实现院校、人才与企业三方共赢。从职业院校的角度,深入探讨对技能大赛获奖选手培养的作用和意义,积极探索对获奖选手培养的方法和途径,旨在推动职业院校深化教育改革,通过积极培养技能大赛获奖选手摸索出一条普遍适用的人才培养之路,通过完善教学方法、推动校内赛事、打造校内外实训基地等途径,推动中高职人才培养模式的构建。
Selecting students with outstanding skills,innovative ability,hands-on ability and outstanding professional quality by gathering the strength of institutions,enterprises and all walks of life to participate in competitions and win awards,which will realize tripartite win-win situation of institutions,talents and enterprises.From the perspective of vocational institutions,this paper probes into the function and significance of cultivating the winners of the skills competition,and actively explores the methods and ways of cultivating the winners,which aims to promote the educational reform of vocational institutions.A universally applicable way to train talents will be found through cultivating the winners of the skills competition.Talent training mode in secondary and higher vocational institutions will be constructed through the improvement of teaching methods,the promotion of competitions inside the institutions and the construction of internal and external training bases inside and outside institutions.
