摘要
《左传》《国语》涉'八'筮例有三,前人论说甚多,然皆不能贯综其理。今详考旧说凡十余种,谨述诸家得失。至若本文所作新解,则假借出土材料而试为之也。持论以为,《春秋》内外传所见涉'八'筮例,筮法别于《周易》,解法不从变卦中求,盖自静卦卦旨、卦爻关系及筮数吉凶而作占断也。其中《国语》'贞屯悔豫皆八'一例系四位卦占,战国楚地《筮法》一系筮术,可溯诸此。本文推断东周时有静卦、动卦二大占筮法。《周易》用动卦占;而《左传》《国语》涉'八'筮例及出土楚地筮例用静卦占,疑与《连山》《归藏》筮法有关。
There are three divinatory cases that involve'eight'in the Zuo zhuan(Commentary on the Springs and Autumns Annals)and the Guo yu(Sayings of the States).Although there are a great number of arguments about it,their views are not consistent.This paper conducts detailed textual research on their views,illustrates their success and drawbacks,and attempts to put forward a new interpretation with the help of unearthed documents.It can be seen that the method of the divination related to'eight'in the Zuo zhuan and Guo yu differs from that introduced in the Zhou yi,among which the one mentioned in the Guo yu can be traced back to the method used in the Shi fa(Method of Divination)on the Tsinghua bamboo slips.On this basis,this paper argues that there were two methods of divination in the Eastern Zhou dynasty(770-256 B.C.)represented by that in the Zhou yi and that in the Tsinghua bamboo slips respectively.The latter might have something to do with the method of divination in the Lian shan(Linked Mountains)and Gui cang(Return to the Hidden).
