摘要
目的探讨布拉氏酵母菌散治疗小儿肺炎继发腹泻的临床应用价值。方法选取2014年3月至2015年3月广州市从化区妇幼保健院门诊收治的肺炎继发腹泻患儿260例为研究对象,按随机分组法将患儿分为观察组和对照组,每组130例。对照组患儿在出现继发性腹泻后口服蒙脱石散,观察组患儿在出现继发性腹泻后口服布拉氏酵母菌散,每次1袋,每天2次。两组患儿治疗前后均进行肝肾功能检查,比较两组患儿的临床疗效、止泻时间、总疗程及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组患儿的总有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患儿的止泻时间和总疗程均短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。两组患儿在治疗过程中均无不良反应发生,治疗前和治疗后肝肾功能指标无异常。结论在常规治疗小儿支气管肺炎继发腹泻的同时,给予布拉氏酵母菌散可有效改善患儿的腹泻症状,明显缩短康复时间,具有较好的临床效果,安全性强。
Objective To analyze brady's yeast powder application value for the treatment of infantile pneumonia secondary diarrhea.Methods The study object of March 2014 to March 2014 outpatient admitted during the period of children with pneumonia secondary diarrhea 260 cases,according to the random grouping children can be divided into the treatment group and control group,130 cases in each group of children.In the control group given montmorillonite in the wake of a secondary diarrhea in children with oral and observation group give billion in the wake of a secondary diarrhea in children with live oral,1 bag each time,2 times a day.In the two groups of patients before and after treatment of liver and kidney function.According to the national diarrhea curative effect evaluation on the academic research of the standards set for disease control and prevention.Results The total effective rate of treatment group of children was obviously higher than that of control group total effective rate of the children,and P<0.05,statistically significant,the inefficiency of the treatment group with significantly lower than the control group with inefficiency,and P<0.05,statistically significant.Treatment group with the time and the total period of treatment of diarrhoea are shorter than the control group with the time and the total period of treatment of diarrhoea,and P<0.05 in the two groups statistically significant data.Two groups of children in the process of treatment had no adverse reaction,before and after the treatment of liver and kidney function index without exception.Conclusion Routine treatment bronchial pneumonia secondary diarrhea of children at the same time,to give billions live can effectively improve children with diarrhea,significantly reduce recovery time,children has good clinical effect,safety.
