摘要
采用室温拉伸力学性能测试和透射电镜观察等研究热暴露对7A12-T7352自由锻件微观组织和力学性能的影响。结果表明,热暴露温度显著影响合金的力学性能;当热暴露温度不高于125℃时,合金的强度略有且升高,且可以在较长时间内保持稳定;当热暴露温度高于150℃时,合金的强度随着热暴露时间的延长持续下降,热暴露温度越高,强度下降幅度越大。在高于150℃热暴露过程中,η′相和η相的快速粗化是导致7A12自由锻件强度下降的内在原因。
The microstructure and mechanical properties of 7A12-T7352 forging under different thermal exposure conditions were studied by TEM analysis and tensile test. The results show that thermal exposure temperature affects the mechanical properties of the forging significantly. When the alloy is exposed at 125℃or lower, the strength will increase and then keep stable for a long time. When the thermal exposure temperature is higher than 150℃, the strength decreases obviously with increasing the thermal exposure time. Higher exposure temperature leads to greater decrease of the strength. The strength decreases due to the coarsening ofη′andηphases when the alloy exposed at temperature higher than 150℃.
