摘要
目的 :探索在急诊门诊、急诊病房和急诊监护室开展临床药学服务的模式。方法 :结合临床药学实际工作,通过案例分析介绍本院临床药师在急诊科开展临床药学服务的模式。结果 :临床药师在急诊门诊、急诊病房和急诊监护室,通过审核医嘱、参与医疗查房及治疗方案制定、开展药学查房等,有目标、有层次地开展临床药学服务。结论:通过临床药师的药学服务,提高急诊科药物使用的安全性、有效性及经济性,促进合理用药。
Objective:To explore the mode of clinical pharmacy service in the emergency departments including the emergency clinic, emergency ward and EICU. Methods:Based on the practical work of clinical pharmacists, we analyzed the mode of clinical pharmacy service in the department of emergency of Zhuzhou Central Hospital. Results:Clinical pharmacists provided targeted and stratified clinical pharmacy service in the emergency clinic, emergency ward and EICU by checking doctors' prescriptions and participating in the medical rounds. Conclusion:Clinical pharmacists provide pharmaceutical service to enhance the safety, economy and effectiveness of medications and promote the rational drug use.
