摘要
目的:探讨活性芦荟口疮缓释药膜用于口腔颌面部感染的创面恢复效果。方法:选择2014年1月-2015年6月本院口腔颌面外科收治的76例口腔颌面部感染患者作为受试者,随机分为对照组和观察组,各38例。对照组根据细菌培养及药敏试验选择敏感抗菌药治疗,观察组在对照组基础上增加活性芦荟口疮缓释药膜治疗,观察两组临床疗效、创面愈合时间和白细胞计数变化。结果:观察组总有效率(94.47%)显著高于对照组(78.95%),两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组白细胞计数水平(2.67±0.58)×109/L显著低于对照组(4.17±3.02)×109/L,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组创面愈合时间(10.58±5.17)d显著低于对照组(15.78±6.24)d,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者均未见明显不良反应,观察组患者用药后无局部刺激症状。结论:活性芦荟口疮缓释药膜用于口腔颌面部的表浅感染创面治疗,有效提升创面恢复效果,降低了炎症反应,缩短治疗时间,临床应用价值较高。
Objective:To investigate the role of control-released film of active aloe herbal for aphtha in the recovery of oral and maxillofacial infections. Methods:A total of 76 patients with oral and maxillofacial infections visiting the Central Hospital of Zhoukou City from January 2014 to June 2015 were randomly divided into control and trial groups, 38 for each. The patients in control group were treated with antibiotics according to the results of bacterial culture and drug susceptibility test, while those in trial group with the same therapy combined with control-released film of active aloe auricular herbal for aphtha. The clinical curative effect, wound healing time and white blood cell counts of two groups were observed. Results:The total effective rate in trial group(94.47%) was significantly higher than that in control group(78.95%)(P<0.05). After treatment, the white blood cell count in trial group [2.67±0.58)×109/L] was significantly lower than that in control group [(4.17±3.02)×109/L](P<0.05). However, the wound healing time [(10.58 ± 5.17) d] in trial groups was significantly shorter than that in control group [(15.78 ± 6.24) d](P<0.05). No adverse reactions were observed in the two groups, and no local irritation in trial group. Conclusion:Control-released film of active aloe auricular herbal for aphtha effectively improved the healing effect of superficial wound in oral and maxillofacial area, decreased the inflammatory reactions, and shortened the time for therapy, which was of important significance in clinical application.
