摘要
目的:探讨聚焦超声联合苦参凝胶对于重度宫颈糜烂的临床疗效。方法:选取2016年1月-2017年3月在我院治疗的重度宫颈糜烂患者86例,按随机数字表法分为两组,各43例。对照组行聚焦超声治疗,观察组予以聚焦超声联合苦参凝胶治疗,比较两组疗效、治疗时间及不良反应情况。结果 :观察组治疗时间明显短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与对照组比较,观察组治愈率明显较高,术后血性分泌物及术后脓性白带发生率较低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗总有效率及术后阴道排液3~7 d发生情况比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:聚焦超声联合苦参凝胶治疗可提高重度宫颈糜烂治愈率,缩短治疗时间,降低术后血性分泌物及脓性白带发生率,具有较好的安全性。
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of focused ultrasound combined with sophora flavescens gel in the treatment of severe cervical erosion. Methods:A total of 86 patients with severe cervical erosion treated in our hospital from January 2016 to March 2017 were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table method, 43 cases in each group. The control group was treated with focused ultrasound, and the observation group was treated with focused ultrasound combined with sophora flavescens gel, and the curative effect, treatment time and adverse reaction were compared between the two groups. Results:The treatment time of observation group was significantly shorter than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Compared with that of the control group, the cure rate of the observation group was significantly higher, and the incidence of bloody discharge and postoperative purulent leucorrhea was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the total effective rate and the incidence of postoperative vaginal discharge in 3~7 days between the two groups(P>0.05). Conclusion:Focused ultrasound combined with sophora flavescens gel can improve the cure rate of severe cervical erosion, shorten the treatment time, reduce the incidence of postoperative bloody discharge and purulent leucorrhea, and have good safety.
