摘要
中药的偏性即常说的毒性,毒性对正常人体而言是毒害,对患者而言则是治疗作用。中药的毒性即是相对的又是密切相关的,在一定条件下可以相互转化。探讨中药产生毒性的原因对安全用药具有重要的意义。中药使用不当、炮制失度、煎煮服用量不当、储存养护管理不善、辨证配伍有误、剂型失宜、滥用误用以及思想上对它的岐视均可致毒性产生。在使用中药的过程中,我们既不能畏其毒而弃之,也不能持其无毒而滥用,应该转变思维,用科学思想理念,正确认识中药毒性,规范操作行为,选择正确的基源品种药用部位,把握中药的药性,剂型炮制适宜,合理配伍,服法正确,中西药应用得法,对它有正确的安全评价,才能做到明其利而用之,知其弊而制之,充分发挥中药的治疗作用,使之更好的服务于临床。
The bias of Chinese medicine is commonly called toxicity.Toxicity is toxic to normal human bodies but it has therapeutic effect to patients.The toxicity of Chinese medicine is relative and closely related,and can be transformed into each other under certain conditions.Exploring the causes of toxicity production of Chinese medicine is of great significance in safe drug use.Improper use,immoderate processing,improper decoction and taking,improper storage and maintenance management,incorrect dialectical compatibility,inappropriate dosage forms,abuse and misuse of Chinese medicine,and ideological discrimination against it can lead to toxicity.In the process of using Chinese medicine,we should neither fear its toxicity and abandon it,nor abuse it due to the idea of non-toxicity.We should change our thinking,use scientific ideas,correctly understand the toxicity of Chinese medicine,standardize its operation behavior,select the correct medicinal parts of basic varieties and grasp the medicinal properties of traditional Chinese medicine,proper dosage form processing,reasonable compatibility,correct taking,correct use methods of Chinese and Western medicine and correct safety evaluation of it in order to make clear its benefits and use it,know its disadvantages and control them,and fully play the therapeutic roles of Chinese medicine so as to provide better serve in clinical practice.
