摘要
板式精馏塔用于植物油浸出车间混合油汽提工艺,当蒸汽与混合油逆向接触时混合油中的溶剂汽化分离后随蒸汽一起被带出精馏塔。板式精馏塔应用于大豆混合油汽提工艺实践表明,其具有汽提有效时间长、汽提温度低、毛油质量好、节能降耗等优点。
The plate distillation column is used for miscella stripping process in oil extraction workshop,and when the steam contacts the miscella inversely,the solvent in the miscella is vaporized,separated and then taken out of the distillation column along with the steam.The practice of plate distillation column applied to soybean miscella stripping showed that it had the advantages of long effective stripping time,low stripping temperature,good quality of crude oil,energy saving,etc.
