摘要
目的 建立醋柳黄酮缓释胶囊中的总黄酮、槲皮素和异鼠李素的含量测定方法。方法 采用分光光度法分别测定胶囊中的总黄酮含量 ,RP -HPLC法分别测定胶囊中的槲皮素和异鼠李素的含量。结果 分光光度法测定总黄酮时 ,在 2 .12～10 .6 0 μg·ml-1的浓度范围内线性关系良好 (r=0 .9999) ,平均回收率为 99.9% ;RP -HPLC法测定槲皮素和异鼠李素时 ,槲皮素在 1.0 32～ 4 .6 4 4 μg·ml-1(r=0 .9998)、异鼠李素在 1.94 1～ 8.735 μg·ml-1(r=0 .9999)的浓度范围内线性关系良好 ,槲皮素的平均回收率为 10 0 .7% ,异鼠李素为 10 0 .4 %。结论 所用方法简便准确 ,可用于醋柳黄酮缓释胶囊的质量控制。
OBJECTIVE To establish two methods to determine the total flavones,quercetin and isorhamnetin of Hippophae rhamnoides(TFH) sustained release capsules.METHODS UV spectrophotometry was used to determine total flavones.RP-HPLC was used to determine quercetin and isorhamnetin.RESULTS A good linear relationship in the range of 2.12-10.60 μg·ml -1(r=0.9999) was obtained for determining total flavones by UV spectrophotometry.The average recovery was 99.9%.The same results were obtained for quercetin and isorhamnetin.Quercetin and isorhamnetin showed good linear relationship in the range of 1.032-4.644 μg·ml -1(r=0.9998) and the range of 1.941-8.735 μg·ml -1(r=0.9999),respectively. Average recovery of quercetin and isorhamnetin were 100.7% and 100.4%,respectively.CONCLUSION These methods are simple and accurate,and can be used to control the quality of TFH sustained release capsules.
