摘要
提出了一种新的灰口铸铁件磨损后的刷镀工艺方法,刷镀过镀层采用高堆积碱铜,工作层采用镍-磷复合镀液。试验结果表明,Ni-P合金镀层为非晶态结构,耐磨性随热处理温度升高而提高,在378℃达到最大值。该工艺解决了灰口铸铁铸件刷镀层结合强度低,易产生裂纹、剥落等问题。
A new brush-hlating method for cast iron after wear and tear was put forward,which was with the plating layer of the high pile-up alkali copper and the working layer of Ni-P compound plate liquid.The results show that Ni-P alloy plate layer is not crystal construction,the wear resistance go up with heat treatment increase,and it is maxmium at 378℃.The process make some problems resolved, that is the combination strength of the prush-plating layer of the cast iron piece being low,easily producing the crack,peeling off etc.
