摘要
借助于扫描电镜对棒料在高速剪切和普通剪切下的试样断口进行了观察和比较,结果表明:高速剪切下料的剪切塑变区明显减小,且断口的轴向塑变深度很小,仅为0.1mm量级。再一次揭示了高速剪切的变形机理和断面质量改善的原因。
Observing and comparing the sample section of high-speed and common shearing with SEM, it's found that the area of plastic deformation of high-speed shearing is reduced obviously.The depth of axis plastic deformation of shearing section is very small as well, with the range of only 0.1mm.It reflects the deformation mechanism and the reason for the good section quality of high-speed shearing.
