摘要
介绍了河钢集团唐钢公司对Nb、Ti微合金化高强薄规格QStE700T带钢的研发及其应用情况。通过化学成分设计,以及对加热炉温度的制定,板坯温度均匀性的控制,轧辊凸度、轧制负荷分配和轧制速度的优化,实现了1.2 mm厚带钢的稳定生产。热轧带钢组织以铁素体和贝氏体为主,其力学性能和扩孔性能满足了汽车零件的生产与轻量化要求,目前该产品已用于挂车车厢的生产。
The development and application situations of high strength and thin gauge strip of QStE700 T steel with Nb-Ti micro-alloyed in Tangsteel Co.were introduced.The stable production of 1.2 mm gauge strip was realized through the reheating temperature setting,the slab temperature uniformity controlling,the roll crown,rolling load distribution and rolling speed optimizing.The microstructure of hot rolled strip was mainly ferrite and bainite.Its mechanical properties and reaming performance meet the requirements for the production and lightweight of automobile parts.At present,the product had been used for trailer cars.
