镁合金定向凝固过程MgO形成及演变规律研究 被引量:1

Research on MgO Formation and Evolution of Magnesium Alloys in Directional Solidification Process

摘要 采用自行设计的定向凝固装置,研究镁及镁合金定向凝固工艺,以及在平界面凝固过程中MgO的形成及分布规律,并测试其对力学性能的影响。在镁合金定向凝固过程中,晶粒底部的MgO颗粒较小,呈中空球状分布于晶粒内部,内部充满N2,对塑性影响不大;随着凝固的推进,在晶粒顶部出现了Mg_(17)Al_(12)相,并且由于MgO、Ca_2Mg杂质分布其中,使材料强度增加而塑性降低。 A self-designed directional solidification device were used to study the technologies of magnesium alloys directional solidification,the formation and distribution of MgO in flat interface solidification process were studied,and its effects on mechanical properties was also tested.In solidification process,MgO particle distributed at the bottom of the grain is small,like a hollow ball and full of N2,it has little influence on the plastic.With the solidification continue,Mg_(17)Al_(12) phase appears at the top of the grain,in which the impurity MgO and Ca_2Mg appear,it makes the material strength increase and plasticity decrease.
