摘要
分析CO_2气体保护焊(CO_2GMAW)飞溅机理和特点,并结合减少飞溅的常用措施和手段,引入资源描述框架(RDF),设计并实现了基于Web语义的知识库。通过Jena框架实现焊接工艺规则的推理并优化工艺,最终将核心功能整合至Jfinal框架中,采用HTML5实现界面设计,建立跨互联网和移动平台的新型焊接工艺专家系统。
The Web semantic repository was designed by importing RDF according to mechanism and characteristics of carbon dioxide GMAW. The novel welding technology expert system was established by integrating the core function into framework of Jfinal with HTML5 UI.
