Practical Production Technology of Austempered Ductile Iron (ADI)

摘要 介绍了ADI的强化机理、等温淬火工艺、微观结构特点以及若干工艺因素对其力学性能的影响作用,重点阐述了ADI球铁毛坯件的生产、奥氏体化和等温转变过程的技术要点。同时,简述了无奥氏体ADI、双相ADI、铸态ADI和两步ADI的制备工艺和技术特点,以期为ADI产品的生产过程和质量控制提供理论依据。 The strengthening mechanism,austempering process,microstructure characteristics and the effect of some technological factors on mechanical properties of ADI were introduced.The production,austenitization and isothermal transformation of ADI ductile iron blank were described in detail.The preparation technology and technical characteristics of noaustenitic ADI,two phase ADI,as-cast ADI and two-step ADI were described in order to provide theoretical basis for the production process and quality control of ADI products.
