摘要
提出了一种基于一类特殊小波变换对三维编织复合材料拉伸断面进行图像处理、测量复合材料纤维体积含量的方法。通过实验及对比 ,得到了比传统边缘检测更加清晰连贯的图像 ,对于研究复合材料的力学性能具有重要意义。
In this paper,a special wavelet transform used to analyze snapped section surface image of three-dimensional braided composite material and detect the fiber volume fraction is proposed.In this paper,we used a two-dimensional dyadic wavelet that its computation of the wavelet transform in image processing depends only upon the wavelet functional values at a few integer points.Using this,we can make quite computing true.Through many experiments on detection of fabric composite's snapped cross sections,clearer and more consistent results are obtained than tradiationl methods.Computing fiber volume fraction of fabric composites on it,we can get the satisfactory results,which has magnificent significance on the study of the properties of the fabric composite.
