摘要
在研究统计过程控制理论的基础上,提出了一种全新的正态分布控制图———单值 移动均值控制图。论述了它的构造原理和控制线计算公式,提出了判异准则,介绍了此控制图在热处理工序的应用状况,效果显著。
Through studying on staticstical process control theory, a new normal distribution chart-single and moving average control chart is introduced. In this paper, we give out it′s constructing principle, formula of counting control line and method of judgeing abnormity. At last, auther apply this chart on heat-treatment process, which has showed a significant improvement.
