摘要
针对微器件动态特性综合分析评价需求,引入虚拟原型法和智能决策支持系统(IDSS)对微器件动态特性分析与评价过程进行分析研究,建立了微器件虚拟原型的功能模型、知识关联模型及任务流管理机制,进而探讨了虚拟原型的IDSS体系结构和实现机制.在此基础上,对微器件动态特性分析与评价原型平台进行开发,对微泵实例进行应用示范。上述研究为微器件动态特性分析与评价提供了新的方法和软件工具,有效地支持微器件虚拟产品的开发。
According to the requirments of synthesis analysis and evaluation of dynamic property of micro-component, the virtual prototyping and IDSS are used to research the whole course of the analysis and evaluation of the dynamic property of micro-component. The function module, knowledge conjunction model and Task-flow control manager of the virtual prototyping of micro-component are established, and the IDSS architecture and the processing mechanism are also discussed in this paper. Finally, the platform of analysis and evaluation of dynamic property of micro-component is developed and applied to the practice of the micro-pump. It provides a new way and application software for analysis and evaluation of dynamic property of micro-component and effectively supports the development for the virtual products of micro-component.
