摘要
从用户需求的发展趋势出发,根据信息服务的特点,结合效用分析、服务管理以及部分信息经济学的理论,从用户、服务者和管理者3个角度分析了信息服务质量的基本概念,提出了信息服务质量的评估体系及标准。
Starting from the developing trends of users' need, according to the features of information service, and connecting with utility analysis, service management and parts of the theories of information economics, this paper analyzes the basic concepts of information service quality from three angles of the users, servers and managers, and puts forward the evaluation system and standard of information service quality.
