摘要
知识型员工不同于传统工人和非知识型员工,他们具有自身的素质特点、心理特点、劳动特点和职业特点。这些特点对传统管理理论在员工与企业关系、企业权益分配、激励等诸多方面提出了巨大的挑战。
Knowledge workers, who are different from traditional and non-knowledge workers, have their own characters of qualification, psychology, labor and profession. These characters challenge various aspects of traditional management theory, such as the relation between workers and enterprises, the distribution of rights and interests within an enterprise and motivation system.
