摘要
从信息经济学的角度出发 ,分析了病历信息的经济价值、市场需求、开发利用情况 ,揭示了病历信息利用对相关市场参与者的利润、效用、福利增进的过程和机制 ,指明了加强病历信息资源开发的重要性和紧迫性。
From the perspective of information economics, by analyzing the economic value of case history, its market demand and utilization, the paper reveal the process and mechanism of case history to bring profits and benefits to market participants, therefore underlining the importance and urgency to utilize the case history.
