摘要
当前社会迫切需要科学管理和科学管理人才,而大学生科学管理能力培养模式尚未得到应有转变。大学生科学管理能力培养尚处于自发、零散和无序状态,大学生自我管理能力、团队管理能力、社会管理能力堪忧。大学生科学管理能力培养必须走“兵团群英”之路。
Nowadays, society urgently needs scientific management and the person with scientific management, hu1 the mode of undergraduates' ability of scientific management training has not got the transformation. And the training of undergraduates' scientific management ability is still in spontaneious, odd and disorderly conditions, ft should be worried about the undergraduates' ability of self-managing, group managing and society-managing. It is the only way to train undergraduates' scientific management ability.
