IMPLEMENTATION OF EMBEDDED ETHERNET IN INTELLIGENT ELECTRIC DEVICE (IED) IN THE SUBSTATION AUTOMATION SYSTEM

摘要 介绍了基于IEC 61850体系的变电站自动化系统结构,并指出其主要的实现目标及倡导的基于以太网技术的“无缝通信体系”,阐述了将NET+ARM以太网控制器及收发器芯片集成到现有的智能化电气设备(IED)上的实现方案和IED直接上以太网的设计思想。同时指出应用基于TCP/IP的IEC 60870-5-104应用层协议在变电站自动化系统内及与调度自动化系统间实现无缝通信是当前非常实际的办法。 The structure of substation automation system based on IEC 61850 architecture is described. The main target of future IEC 61850 and its 'seamless communication' principle based on Ethernet technology are introduced as well. Both the implementation method of realizing the integration of NET+ARM Ethernet controller and transceiver in the existing IED and the design concept of direct connection between IED and Ethernet are expounded. In addition, it is pointed out that it is effective and practical to use the IEC 60870-5-104 protocol based on the TCP/IP protocol to perform seamless communication in the substation or between the substation and dispatching center.
