摘要
目的 :观察贺氏三通法对偏头痛的治疗效果。方法 :将 86例偏头痛患者随机分为两组 ,治疗组 4 8例 ,对照组 38例。治疗组采用贺氏三通法治疗 ,对照组采用口服西药尼莫地平和谷维素治疗。两组均治疗 18天后观察疗效。结果 :治疗组总有效率 91 7% ,明显高于对照组的 71 3% (P <0 0 1)。结论 :贺氏三通法治疗偏头痛 ,能有效提高该病的治愈率 ,降低复发率。
Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of He's Santong needling method on migraine. Methods Eighty six cases of migraine were randomly divided into 2 groups, a treatment group and a control group. The treatment group (n=48) were treated by He's Santong needling. The control group (n=38) were treated by oral administration of nimodipine and oryzanol. Eighteen days later, their therapeutic effects were observed. Results The total effective rate of 91.7% in the treatment group was higher than 71.3% in the control group (P<0.01). Conclusion He's Santong needling method can increase the cured rate and reduce the recurrence rate of migraine.
