摘要 为验证作者开发的“钢管张力减径三维热力耦合刚塑性有限元虚拟仿真集成系统”的正确性和可靠性,对典型的三辊张力减径过程进行了模拟,并将模拟结果与产品实测结果进行对比,结果证明了采用有限元模拟技术能够为钢管张力减径工艺制度制定和轧辊孔型优化提供依据。 To verificate the correctness and reliability of the simulation system, a typical processing of 3 rollers stretch reducing of tube is simulated by simulation system of 3D Thermo-mechanical Couple rigid-plastic FEM. The simulation results are in good agreement with the measured values, which make clear that the system can predict the feasibility of the stretch reducing technology and roller profile.
