肿瘤细胞死亡形式对巨噬细胞功能的影响及其机制
摘要
肿瘤的非手术治疗手段多以诱导肿瘤细胞死亡作为治疗终点。但越来越多的研究表明 ,肿瘤细胞不同的死亡形式对于免疫细胞 ,特别是巨噬细胞功能有着完全不同的影响 ,凋亡的肿瘤细胞抑制巨噬细胞的抗肿瘤作用 ,而坏死的肿瘤细胞则完全相反。现综述这一现象及其可能的机制。
