摘要 由于卤化银颗粒有特殊的光敏感性 ,使得对其表面精细结构的观察受到很大的限制。AFM的问世解决了这个问题。综合叙述了国内外应用AFM对卤化银照相乳剂中的晶体形貌的观察。 The observation of the morphology of the silver halide crystal surface was limited because of the light sensitivity of silver halide grains. However the AFM provides a powerful method to solve this problem.The application to observing the crystals is reviewed briefly.
